- Friday and Saturday 4:30 to 9pm.
- Must be 21 years older and bartending and knowledge of alcoholic beverages is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
Person to seat/ greet customers and take orders utilizing an electronic handheld. Make drinks and serve customers food and condiments. Clear of tables and create a comfortable and inviting environment for customers. Other front of house duties and kitchen clean up duties as assigned.
Perform food prep and follow the system in place to ensure the kitchen items are always stocked. Cook to order from the kitchen monitor. Follow food preparation guidelines and food safety procedures. Plate food uniform and pleasing to the eye! Perform kitchen clean up duties and set up next shift!
